Fucked Up First Day
School would have been more fun with all these problems so fucking early in the fucking morning. My block's elevators were down, leaving only the fire lift. And there was a bloody long queue in front of the lift (this term is called the Hello Kitty queue). And because my class is on the 5th floor, I didn't want to waste my energy early in the morning running up 5 flights of stairs just to reach my class. A few people were more suay to have a class on the 7th floor. It was already 8.30 a.m. and we're supposed to reach class by that time. But it has passed that time and furthermore, it's the first day of school so I hoped that the facilitator would give some leniency.
Reached my floor. And all the lights in the classrooms were switched off. I thought RP Lights Out Day would have been long over. The doors were open as well, so it's kinda hard to find out where my class was situated. But it didn't take me long to find it. I got a seat inside the class. And the fucking aircon wasn't on. Yayness.
And to add on to that, Fucking Student VPN wasn't working, no matter how many times it reconnected. Tried connecting to RPGuest, but after I signed up, they bloody didn't send me an SMS for the password. So I gave up. Connecting back to RPNet, it still didn't connect properly. Stupid RP "the page cannot be displayed." Got me fucking pissed, I gave up. Somehow I managed to find a source of information that is useful before it started being fucking stupid again.
I didn't had a good first or second meeting. And to relax a bit I went down for lunch. And internet was still being fucking stupid. Rui Hua was already downstairs when I got down, but I didn't see him. The rest came and we had our lunch as usual. But with Vig and her friends as well, but as they were late, we left first. Heard from Jo that you can fix the fucking internet by replacing the Student VPN network with the new one. So I kept that in mind.
Met Belz (from Audition) at 7-11. Her first day at school so I brought her around to the bookshop and to collect her ez-link card nearby. Had a little chat while walking and I had to head back to class so I said goodbye to her and headed.
Went back to class and did what I was supposed to do. Replacing the VPN seemed to work and Internet was okay again. Managed to do some final touches to the powerpoint slides.
Ended class at 3.45pm. Which is kinda early. I finished up my RJ and evaluation and left class. My right foot's sole hurts when I walk so I had to walk carefully.
Everyone had something on, so I went back home. Wanted to meet dearie, because I miss her badly, but I didn't want to spoil her having fun with her friends, so I continued on home. Tired.
